ADA Veracity LLC (the "Company") is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company. "You" refers to you, as a user of Service. By accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (found here: https://www.ada-veracity.com/index-privacy.php), you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect "Non-Personal Information" and "Personal Information." Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes only your email, name, license number (if any) phone number, mailing address, and other contact information which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.

V. RETAINING PRIVATE INFORMATION
Personal information that we process for reporting purposes shall be kept only for as long as one year after the site is created or one year after the account is last maintained. After the account is closed or the site is deleted, this information shall not be available.
All reports, notes drafts and picture information or custom verbiage inputed by the user is the sole responsibility of the user to retain independently of our service.

VI. SECURITY OF PRIVATE INFORMATION
You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure. We cannot guarantee the security of any data sent over the internet.

VII. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. VIII. PAYMENT
The Company accepts payment through Google Play Store™ IAP (In-App-Purchases), Apple Pay™ IAP (In-App-Purchases). All credit card information is stored on their servers. We follow their guidelines for subscription, cancellations and refunds. Cancellation is not prorated but will continue service until the remainder of the billing period, regardless of the cancellation. Refunds are managed through their payment systems.
